Why Did My Top-Up Fail?

There are many reasons why a Top-Up fails, including:

  • Phone number is not a TelEm number.
  • Phone number is not a prepaid phone.
  • Phone number is no longer active.

Verify that the number is TelEm prepaid number, mobile or landline, prior to trying again.
